The Brief
PepsiCo Taiwan needed a launch TVC for Doritos Extra Flamin' Hot — a product built entirely on the sensation of extreme, uncontrollable craving. Flames, bursting textures, sensory overload. Nothing understated.

The creative concept started not with the product, but with the human state it triggers — that specific moment when craving overrides rational thought, when the body responds before the mind decides.
Flames are not special effects. They are the visualization of that emotional escalation. Bursting textures are not food styling. They are the physical expression of "I can't help it."
Bold color, aggressive motion, sensory exaggeration — every visual decision was designed to make craving visible, not just the product.
The result holds against traditional 3D/CG production at a fraction of the cost.
